Make sure you spend at least 1 week prior to the exams studying thoroughly and vigorously
The night before your exam, revise all your notes and go to sleep with a calm mind.
Get up early in the morning and go for a short walk. This will distract you from tension.
When you come back revise all your notes again. Take a bath, feel fresh and go early to school.
When you reach school, just relax. If you don't remember anything, it's okay, it just means that you're nervous.
Close your eyes and say a small prayer.
Be confident because you know that you have learned everything.
If you are still confused, you can clarify your doubt with a student who gets higher marks than you do now.
When the question paper comes in front of you, don't think that it is some big test. Just think that you are writing some normal test.
Believe in yourself. You must always say that "I can do it". Nothing is impossible.
Try breathing in normally. Use deep breathing, it helps to calm the mind.
Try to remove anxiety and think positively.
